Students can now enjoy the convenience of campus living at Josie’s Village, located at 588 North 88th Plaza.
$5 million is needed to purchase and renovate this complex into 32 one-bedroom units, 34 two-bedroom units and one studio unit within five buildings on the southwest half of the Josie Harper Campus.

With your help, we can provide the best in health care education along with a true campus community.

All units are apartment style with private bedrooms and are fully furnished, including:
· Dining rooms equipped with a table and chairs.
· Furnished living rooms with a couch, lounge chairs, a coffee and end table.
· Bedrooms contain a twin-size bed, dresser, night stand, desk and chair.

Each of the buildings within Josie’s Village includes secured access, laundry facilities and wireless Internet access.

Research shows that students who live on campus during their college experience earn higher GPAs and are more likely to complete their education than those who live off campus. Josie’s Village gives students easy access to classrooms, faculty, advisors, the John Moritz Library, activities and events.
